PBT has invested heavily in customer focused technology solutions to make your experience of using PBT’s services seamless and reliable. The range of options available under PBTOne includes an industry leading customer portal, a full range of API’s and more complex direct integration solutions.

The PBTOne Customer Portal allows you to book jobs, create freight labels, book pickups, track & trace your consignments, create return jobs, lodge claims and retrieve invoice copies. It also includes a smart customer dashboard so you can quickly review progress with your deliveries.

PBT also offers a wide range of modern API’s including: address validation, job booking and track & trace. API’s are also available to common eCommerce platforms and accounting packages such as Xero.

If you operate a more sophisticated Warehouse Management System or ERP we can also rapidly implement direct integration solutions – there’s a good chance we already have an existing integration with the WMS or ERP you are using.
