Cook Strait Weather Disruptions – Service Update

Due to strong winds and large swells, ferry services across the Cook Strait have been cancelled from today through to Friday. Both Bluebridge and Interislander have confirmed that sailings will not operate during this time, with services expected to resume from Saturday morning, weather permitting.
As a result, there is currently a 48-hour delay for freight moving between the North and South Islands. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and provide updates should further delays occur.
We are in close communication with our branches and are actively working to minimise the impact where possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
