PBTOne to Mainstream Portal Transition Update

We would like to share an update on the transition from PBTOne to the Mainstream Portal.

Between now and July 2026, we will be moving all PBTOne users, along with all EDI/API interfaces, across to the Mainstream Portal.

The new platform offers the same functionality as PBTOne.

We will provide the tools and support needed to make this transition as smooth as possible.

For customers with electronic integration to PBTOne, our IT team will work directly with you and/or your provider to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your business.

We will be in touch over the coming weeks with next steps and guidance on preparing your business for the move.
