By joining forces with Mainstream, one of New Zealand’s most respected Transport & logistics providers, we’re combining two strong, service-driven national networks. Together, we share more than just decades of experience we share values, a relentless focus on customers, and a belief in doing things right.
What this means for you
From 1 September 2025, Mainstream will take ownership of PBT’s Transport, Containers, and Logistics business. While there will be a change in ownership, your day-to-day experience is expected to remain unchanged. You’ll continue to interact with many of the same people, book jobs the same way through PBTOne, and receive the same great service you’ve come to expect from us.
You’ll start receiving invoices from Mainstream from the Completion Date onward, and updated payment details will be clearly outlined.
This move enables us to expand service capability and improve efficiency while staying focused on what matters most, delivering for you. The integration process is already underway, with a strong focus on operational stability and minimal disruption.
We are confident that this new chapter will bring greater strength, reach, and opportunity to everyone connected to PBT.
